2. Our Services
We provide window cleaning for homes and businesses, which includes:

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices: We will provide you with a quote before any work begins.

Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept [cash, bank transfer, credit/debit cards]. All payments must be made within 5 days of service completion.

Late Payments: If payment is not received by the next scheduled cleaning, your service will be suspended until payment is made.

Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the full service charge will apply.

4. Access and Weather

Access: It is your responsibility to ensure that we can access the windows. If there are any obstructions (e.g., locked gates, pets, or other obstacles), we may not be able to complete the work.

Gate/Garage Access: If you have been notified the day prior to your service that a gate or garage needs to be unlocked and it remains locked upon arrival, the full service charge will apply. No refunds or reductions will be given in such cases.

Weather: If adverse weather conditions (e.g., rain, strong winds) prevent us from safely completing the service, we may need to reschedule the appointment.

5. Safety and Responsibility

Safety: We take safety seriously and use appropriate equipment to ensure a safe and efficient service.

Damage: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage (e.g., cracked windows) or window decorations (e.g., window bars). In the event that damage occurs due to our fault, we will take responsibility for repairing it.

Client Responsibility: Please ensure that pets and children are kept safely away during the cleaning process to avoid any accidents or disruptions.

6. Photos for Advertising
As part of our service, we may take photos of the property we work on to use for advertising and promotional purposes. We ensure that no identifying features, such as the property’s address, are visible in these photos to protect your privacy. By booking our services, you consent to the use of such photos for these purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise.

7. Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of the service completion. We will make every effort to resolve any issues or concerns you may have.

8. Insurance
We have public liability insurance to cover any potential damage caused by our fault. Should any damage occur, we will work with you to resolve the matter under our coverage.

9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms will be handled by the courts in England and Wales.
